Great experience. We booked 4 mountain eBikes online several weeks before, for 4 adults. On arrival the bikes were ready and staff were helpful with fitting and directions to the trails. We had a great day out and the bikes performed well. Only one feedback comment - online it said return by 4.30pm and in the shop they said 4pm would be better but "someone would probably be there til 4.30pm" so we felt had to cut our trip short a little bit. in the end we got back from the trails sooner than we thought so all was well. Maybe better to say 4pm online, or to stick to the 4.30pm advertised. Our day on bikes was a highlight of Stellenbosch. and we'll definitely be back. - Pippa

SUPER SERVICE. We actually just wanted to rent four e-bikes to visit a few wineries. When we asked for directions to the Delair Graff winery, we were offered the opportunity to join a guided group on the way to Boschendal. We did that and it was a great experience. Very good bikes, very good guides and very helpful staff in the shop. We would love to come back... - Maurus
We rented 2 e-bikes and everything went well! The rental company has several routes so if you don't know the area you can choose different options. The bikes were in good condition and the battery stayed full for the whole day. - Carlijn
