Let Seal Snorkeling Cape Town take you on a once in a lifetime Cape Town adventure to view the ocean’s friendliest creatures, the Cape Fur seal.
Not keen to get in the water but would like to come and watch your friends and family snorkel? You’re more than welcome to join on the boat at an additional cost.

Viewing Seals is a great way to see our beautiful underwater life without all the extensive training and complicated equipment required for scuba diving.

In the event of no sightings, you will be eligible for a voucher to reschedule.

The itinerary:
Introductions on to the session
Gear Check and Wet suit Fitting- The individuals who will be snorkeling
Short training session – The individuals who will be snorkeling

Hot Drink and Snacks on the boat

GoPro rental will be R300 each.

We will SMS you our indemnity on the morning of your trip.

  • Not more than 10 passengers on the boat
  • Don’t worry. There’s never been a shark spotted.
  • Water temp varies from 10C to 15C
  • Weather assessed on day as activity cannot be performed in dangerous or bad weather
  • Lifejackets provided
  • Bring your swimwear
  • Must sign waiver
  • Guest should be able to swim

In the event of no sightings, you will be eligible for a voucher to reschedule.

Cancellation within 24 hours of your trip:
- If you cancel/do not pitch up to your scheduled trip, you will unfortunately not be able to receive a refund. In the event where you would like to reschedule your booking thereafter, a R150pp penalty fee applies.
