Staff were warm, friendly and informative. From reception to the guides. Our guide's were brilliant with both us and our children. Making us feel safe and confident. Did the Canopy Tour at Karkloof. Online booking was simple and complete. Reception at office was friendly and informative, did the induction video and off we went. The experience was better than we anticipated. Beautiful scenery, different vantage points and a good variety of ziplines. The guides (Musa and Max) were great fun, very experienced and kept us entertained. A surprise biscuit and cold drink was a nice touch. Highly recommended, thanks. - Shawn
